There's no tracking here, so there's nothing to ask your permission for — but you should still be able to see exactly what we store and why.

What we don't do

No analytics, no advertising, no third-party trackers, no cross-site cookies. We don't watch how you use this site and we have nothing to sell you based on it. That's why there's no cookie banner: UK law (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations) only requires your consent for cookies that aren't strictly necessary to provide the service you've asked for. Every cookie below is one of those — signing in, or finding a booking you just made, don't work without them.

What we do store

Set only once you sign in, and only readable by this site. Expires after 7 days or when you sign out.

gm_recent_bookingsLets a guest see their own confirmation

Remembers which booking references this browser created, so you can find a booking you made without an account without exposing anyone else's. Expires after 30 days.

gm-themeRemembers light or dark mode

Stored in your browser's local storage, not a cookie in the strict sense — never sent to our server at all.

Turning them off

Your browser lets you block or delete cookies at any time. Since every cookie here is what keeps you signed in or lets a guest booking be found again, blocking them just means you'll need to sign in each visit and track a booking by its reference and surname instead — nothing else on the site depends on them.
