Accessible travel
Tell us once. We write it down.
Every booking we take — online, on the phone or at the counter — includes the question “does anyone travelling have accessibility needs?”. Not as a box we tick, but as a question we cannot complete a booking without answering. Your answer goes on the job sheet, so your driver knows before they arrive.

What we can arrange
- A wheelchair-accessible vehicleRamp access, so you travel in your own chair. Tell us which side of the vehicle suits the kerb where you're being collected and we'll pass it on.
- Room for a folding wheelchairIf you transfer to a seat and the chair travels in the boot, we'll send a car with the space for it.
- Assistance dogsOur drivers carry assistance dogs. The only exception is a driver with a medical exemption certificate, and we simply don't send that driver to your booking.
- Extra time to boardWe build it into the job rather than leaving your driver watching the clock. Nobody should feel rushed getting into a car.
- Sight and hearingTell us and we'll ask your driver to announce themselves at the door, or to text rather than ring.
If you book with us regularly
Create an account and save your access preferences. Every booking form after that arrives pre-filled — you still get asked to confirm, because your needs can change from one journey to the next, but you never have to start from a blank page again.
If something goes wrong
If a vehicle arrives that isn't right, or a driver doesn't do what was recorded, tell us. Call 01902 500131 or email info@gomotions.co.uk. Every booking carries a full record of what was asked for, which driver and vehicle went, and who dispatched them, so we can look into it properly rather than guess. You can also raise it directly with Wolverhampton City Council, who licenses us.
